Getting to heart of a good meal
Swords. All around me are razor edged, flesh rendering rapiers. Big swords. Sharp swords. Scary swords. Swords full of....chicken hearts? I'm at Midwest Grill, the churrasco rodízio Brazilian barbecue buffet in Inman Square. It's a drizzling Friday night and the place is packed with patrons and enough grilled meat to justify a PETA rally at the front steps.

Letter to the Editor: Student Defends Paul Hamm
Harvard finishes disappointing third in Westlaw Cup
With the World Series over, the attention of sports fans has now turned to intercollegiate and interscholastic sports. High school playoffs. Midnight Madness. Conference championships. Aside from playing for one's country, perhaps the greatest source of pride for an athlete is representing his or her school in athletic competition.

Aragorn for President
Like a lot of people this groggy post-election morning, I've really had enough of politics, and specifically of this campaign. Not much makes me nostalgic for the British version of democracy, but as our own campaign seems to have staggered towards its unsurprisingly turgid end, one has to admire a general election system which limits this unpleasantness to a few weeks every five years or so.

Grading the Curve at HLS
When one 1L student approached his professor to find out why he had received a certain grade, the professor responded, "If you got anywhere between an A and a B, hopefully I got it right." In another section, the Professor announced before the exam, "Don't bother to come and ask me why I graded a certain way.
